The Springfield Tech Council aims to elevate the technology sector in Springfield through leadership, community, and advocacy. Our signature STC Squared Conference brings together nearly 500 tech professionals and innovators for learning, networking and exhibition. We work with sponsors and members to hold regular leadership exchanges and executive roundtables tackling strategic issues.
The Tech Events Calendar brings together opportunities for learning, networking and development year round.
Beyond events, the Springfield Tech Council advocates for policies, resources and an environment that allows technology and businesses to thrive.

The Springfield Tech Council spotlights the region’s technology talent, companies and potential. We connect students and educators with industry professionals. The STC Scholarship Fund supports students pursuing tech degrees and careers.
We help businesses reach new audiences and customers through exciting events, our website, social media and substantial email list. The Tech Jobs board posts openings at member companies.
Our Excellence in Technology Awards recognize the region’s best and brightest tech visionaries for their innovative contributions each year, further spotlighting Springfield as a Missouri tech hub and encouraging future innovation.

STC builds community through events, resources and partnerships. Monthly, quarterly and annual meetups connect professionals for networking and development. We facilitate monthly Tech Leaders lunches to collaborate and support other tech groups in the region.
Our online Member Portal provides a directory that allows businesses, students, community partners and individual members to connect and build new relationships.
Beyond networking, we provide opportunities for mentorship, professional development, and skill strengthening to advance our current workforce.
We believe that experience exchange, relationship building and growing a fun culture that’s inclusive and welcoming to all are key to driving technology forward in the Ozarks together.
